User ID Requirements:
  • Must be at least 5 characters
  • Can contain a combination of alphanumeric characters.
  • Special characters, such @, #, $, &, etc. can not be used.
  • User IDs are not case-sensitive.
  • User IDs can not be changed

Password Requirements:
  • Must be a minimum of 7 characters.
  • Must include at least 1 number.
  • Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Passwords can not be your User ID.

e-Notifications :
    e-Notifications are account specific communications sent to you electronically via email in the place of receiving a mailed paper document.
Provider Consent
We collect, use and disclose your information only with your consent, unless we are obliged to do so by contractual requirements, by law, or in order to provide our services to you.

When you become a member or customer, or when you apply for a new product or service, we will obtain your consent in writing.
