The Peoples e-Account Customer Portal is a secure web-based solution to:

The portal is compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer.
Go to https://www.peopleseaccount.com/ and click the "Register" button to complete the self-registration process.
The following information is required for registering on the portal:
From the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" button. You will be prompted to verify your account information and answer security questions prior to resetting your password.

Once you have logged into the portal you can view your consumption and billing details from the Overview page. This page will present a graph of your Consumption and Billing History.
Once logged into the portal, click the "Profile & Accounts" link on the left-hand navigation panel. From the profile page you can update your email address, primary phone number, supplier consent agreement and change your email subscription settings.
Yes! After Logging in, click the "Profile & Accounts" link on the left-hand navigation panel. From the Profile page click "Add New Account" button where you will be prompted to enter an Account Number, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and Service Address Zip Code to validate and add the account to your profile.
The Mobile application for the portal will be available for download on the Apple and Android application store. The links to these stores will be provided on the login homepage.
